We like to get involved with a business hands on! Yes, you read it right. Most consultants prefer to end their role with a report.

We also tried that initially, but over the course of last two years we felt that some the smaller companies we worked with benefit with much more from the report if we get involved with the implementation. Consequently, we have experimented with an "Outsourced COO" model with some of our clients.

We also enjoy working on the processes. Sometimes, newer/smaller companies find it difficult to implement processes and sustain them over a period of time. We provide process consultancy services to clients either independently or along with a growth/turnaround strategy.

It should, however, be noted that we cannot get into implementation with all our clients. We can do so only when we are completely sold on the business, have full support of the management and when we believe that there is value for everyone.
