We have classified our services into three categories. Most of our clients approach us with business issues which entail services from our multiple domains, viz. Strategy, Operations and Finance. For example, a company might have a clear growth path in mind, but may not have the capital to achieve the same. Some others have capital, but may not have the right people to implement the growth plan. In some cases, a promoter may desire to understand a new market thoroughly before a foray. Others might need constant monitoring of a process implementation in order to refine it quickly. |
