My Story  

Born in Jamnagar and brought up in Bharuch, I spent my childhood pursuing activities from varied sports like Badminton, Cricket, Snooker, Basketball to Classical Music which formed my foundation of seeking something new. Went on to pursue Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Finance post that, which resulted into a career in Investment Banking 

How I got into investment banking?

As funny as it sounds, I stumbled upon Finance as a major in my B school after getting amazed by what a career in Investment banking looks like from season 4 of Suits. Cracking a few case study competitions in my B School landed me a job in Investment Banking. Wondering what it would have looked like had it been Mad Men instead of Suits 😛 Having said that, it’s been one hell of a ride so far, and I look forward to the new learnings and challenges which this profession has to offer moving ahead.

My focus/interest 

During the early stages of my career, I aim to broaden my knowledge across various industries and sectors, and gain a comprehensive understanding of their unique aspects. While I am interested in learning about all of them, I hold a particular interest in businesses and technologies that have a positive impact on the environment. 

What excites me? 

Businesses with groundbreaking technological advancements challenging the status quo and transforming the way we live. Being a part of the journey of such businesses in any capacity possible is what excites me the most.

It’s not about where you came from, it’s all about where you’ll end up.
