I grew up hopping between different cities and schools, which meant constantly meeting new people, something that now comes in handy in my role more than I expected. I did a BSc in Chemistry, not because I was fascinated by molecules, but simply because I was very sure I didn't want to be an engineer. Life then pulled a plot twist: thanks to COVID (and a brief detour where I was actually trying for the Air Force!), I ended up doing an MBA. That’s how I eventually stumbled into the world of People Functions and stayed, because it turns out I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, nurturing culture, and designing processes that make work better. Outside work, I’m the person who dances like absolutely no one’s watching, finds therapy in gardening, and can yap endlessly with people I’m comfortable with. Some days I wake up ready to conquer the world; other days I’m like “umm… maybe not today.” But that’s life, and I think it makes the story more fun.

The thought of feeling stuck, not doing what I love or being caught in things that don’t feel right is what keeps me up at night.

My parents - for building a life from nothing and giving me the opportunities they never had. They’re my biggest inspiration.

Talk to me about fashion and I’ll light up instantly. It’s something I never got to pursue professionally, but it still lives rent-free in my heart.
