Tanya Shahi

I grew up in Ludhiana in a family of doctors and teachers, though ended up taking a different path. Graduated from BITS Pilani, where I pursued finance - a choice that soon felt like the right fit. After spending over three years in my first job, I took a detour and briefly dabbled in acting, before completing my MBA from ISB.

Right out of college, I started my career in Investment Banking with J.P. Morgan in the middle office, which helped me build a strong technical foundation. During my secondment, I experienced the pace and intensity of deal execution up close. I knew then that I wanted to be closer to the action, so I made the transition post MBA. It has been an exciting and rewarding journey so far.
