At an early age, I channeled my untapped energy into football. I then earned my B. Tech in Computer Science and earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy at IIM Lucknow. At the time I had aspirations of managing a sizable mutual fund. However, during my journey, my disillusionment with various colleges and corporations grew, and I made the bold decision to create an organization that is different. And thus, IndigoEdge was born.

The better question to ask would be how investment banking got into me. I admired entrepreneurs and investment banking helped me catalyse the life journeys of several business owners. The feeling of having played a part in a multitude of beautiful journeys has been the driving force behind my love for investment banking.

Television broadcasts of football games and neighbours shifting furniture in the middle of the night! Jokes apart I am obsessed with how I can help to make a lasting impact and change the life of the less privileged.

My father has always been my greatest inspiration. As a child, he challenged my thought process and encouraged me to always think differently. In addition, Jurgen Klopp, football manager of Mainz, BVB, and Liverpool FC, has served as a positive role model as he possesses charisma coupled with German efficiency.

A team of people working selflessly in tandem to build something beautiful. It could be a team of footballers, a band of musicians, a set of entrepreneurs, or the board of a nonprofit.

An attractive institution that is attempting to alter the conventions of conventional workplaces. To me IndigoEdge represents the spirit of adventure and camaraderie that set in after my days in business school and is now burning with greater intensity than ever before.

In the movie Jerry Maguire, Renée Zellweger tells Tom Cruise ‘You had me at hello’. Similarly, a passionate entrepreneur excites and piques my interest. While I am primarily sector agnostic, companies that leverage technology to change the lives of consumers get me very interested.

I cherish spending time with children. I am also passionate about playing or watching football, cycling and the occasional poker game.
