My story
Grew up across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore and Thanjavur due to academics and the nature of my father’s job. A nomadic childhood with banking being the dinner table conversations led me to pursue a career in finance. Outside of it, I love picking up new sports and hobbies. Football, Liverpool and Photography have been the mainstays of my life.
How I got into investment banking
Investment Banking was a choice borne out of the want to have skin-in-the-game and to work at boutique firms to experience higher levels of ownership.
What keeps me up at night
Late-night drives to have chai with friends and football matches.
My advice to entrepreneurs
Make the critical distinction of whether you’re building a business, or you are in the business of selling equity early on.
