Eshika Kothari

I grew up in Bhanpura, a little village in MP where life was simple and beautiful. Went from tinkering with code as a computer engineer to diving into finance with an MBA. Investment banking? Total fluke. I applied half-knowing what it was, totally convinced it wasn’t my thing, and thought I’d tanked the interview. To my shock, I got in, and my internship turned into a full-time offer. Worked in deeptech for a while and now I'm helping build our secondaries desk. It is challenging but feels right. I’m living the dream I never knew I had!

Honestly, it wasn’t planned. I stumbled into it, but stayed for the chance to learn something new every day.

I look up to my dad. Whenever I’m in a tough spot, I think of him handling challenges — way harder than anything I deal with — and yet he keeps going without ever complaining.

I love the thrill of exploring new places and the freedom that comes with it. The idea of dancing with confidence, especially learning salsa and bachata someday, really excites me.

It’s a place of endless learning, where I grow daily.

I’m excited to be part of our secondaries desk, hoping to push harder & curious about where the market’s headed.

I enjoy kicking back with a binge-worthy show, taking random strolls through new streets, splashing through swim lessons, and maybe hitting a Zumba class for a fun.
